Overview

SMP’s grading buckets are designed for precision work with wheel loaders. The bucket’s long service life and a heavy-duty, robust construction makes them ideal for all types of grading work. The buckets are easy to maneuver and simple to use.

Grading buckets for loaders are available in two models: standard, suitable for most tasks and ground conditions; and heavy duty (HD), developed to withstand wear and tear. Both models are made of highly durable Hardox steel. For more efficient snow clearing, buckets can be equipped with a snow collar.

Description

Standard

Grading bucket designed for precision work with wheel loaders in the 4–20 ton weight class. The standard bucket has a stable, smooth and solid design, which is easy to maneuver and simple to use. For more efficient snow clearing, all models can be equipped with a snow collar.

Heavy Duty

The Heavy Duty grading bucket is designed for precision work with wheel loaders in the 11–31 ton weight class. It is made of heavy duty material to handle the stress and strain that comes with working with machines in the higher weight class range. The Heavy Duty grading bucket has a long, smooth underside with steel wear ribs. It has strong side cutters and a high straight rear edge.

SMP buckets are designed and manufactured in our own factory in Ilsbo, Sweden. We have a long-standing tradition of craftsmanship rooted in our 100-year history. In 1919, the Höglund brothers opened a forging and carpentry workshop, sowing the seed that would become the SMP Parts of today. We are proud to carry the torch and uphold the tradition of craftsmanship and innovation that has permeated the business ever since.
